Providing UX enhancements and end-to-end interaction designs for the products. Leading user experience design efforts to revamp the products UI to simplify tasks and improve the user experience, creating product UI specification, centralized design repository, style guide and design system to bring the consistency across the products. Collaborating with offshore design and development teams on UX and UI designing best practices.

Created end-to-end interaction designs for multiple projects within ADP, Proposing and presenting wire frames, user flows, designs and style guides to engineering teams and business counter parts. Built and established the UX/UI guidelines and responsible for the user experience processes and methodology in the team. Involving in UI/UX reviews across the projects and providing the feedback to development teams. Was single point of contact for all the branding, creative design and graphics related tasks across the division.
